Education can play a key role in the area development as well as maintaining
law and order situation in the area.
Therefore Border
areas tribesmen should send their children to schools said by Additional
Political Agent Hamid-Ur-Rehman while speaking on the occasion of school
enrolment drive organized by Agency Education department Mohmand agency at
Government middle school Bahi Daag area of Biazai Sub-division border area here
on Tuesday.
In this Connection
a walks were also arranged at Government Middle School Bahi Daag which were
also participated by Additional PA, Agency Education Officer Mr.Farid Ullah,
Assistant Agency Education Officer Mohammad Ali, students, teachers, and local
tribesmen.
Participants of the
walk were holding banners inscribed with “Schools Admission Campaign” and they
were chanting slogans Pakistan Zinda Bad and Taleem Ko Aam Karo.
Additional Political
Agent Hamid-Ur-Rehman urged the border areas tribesmen that send their children
from age 4 to 11 years to school because education can play an important role
in the development of a society.
He said that
locals’ administration has started social activities for youths in the area.
He said that the
said School will be upgraded to the high status and in this regard a letter has
been sent to the political agent.
“Through
education we can defeat the menace of poverty and extremism” said Rehman.
He
added that a society cannot develop without education therefore every child of
Mohmand get education.
He stressed upon
the teachers to attend their schools regularly and focus on students study in
the area.
On
the occasion Agency Education officer Farid Ullah said members of civil
society, teachers, elected representatives and local tribesmen would make joint
efforts to facilitate and motivate out of school children to join classes.
“Really
it is difficult task to enrol each tribal child in the school” Farid said
He said that a
society cannot develop without education therefore every child of Mohmand get
education.
